I live in Toronto. I am a copywriter and pastry chef.

My writing spans industries such as food, leisure, and technology.

I received the Patisserie Diplome and Basic Cuisine Certificate from Le Cordon Bleu. I am the founder and head pastry chef of Feels Like More, a custom dessert and upcoming cannabis edibles company.

In 2016 I submitted my lemon macaron to medical cannabis competition The Karma Cup and won 2nd place in the Edibles category.

I have a Bachelor’s of Music in Cello Performance and Composition from Queen’s University.

I’ve been studying ballet for the past 2 years with every intention of getting on pointe.

Currently I’m very obsessed with Russian pastry chefs and their penchant for mousse cakes covered in shiny, colourful glazes.
